French, German and Italian translations with a glossary

Today

Every text for German-speaking Switzerland or Ticino goes to an external translator or a bilingual colleague, with delays that hold up publication and terms that change from one version to the next.

With AI

As soon as a page or news item is saved in the source language on the website, the agent translates it using your glossary, product names and style guide, creates the other language versions as drafts in the CMS and assigns the review to the right person. A native speaker, in-house or external, reviews and publishes; the agent logs every version.

What to measureThe time from source text to publication in all three languages, and the number of terminology corrections made at review.

Product pages drafted as soon as items reach the ERP

Today

Hundreds of items have only a supplier description and a few technical attributes; descriptions are missing, or exist in one language only.

With AI

As soon as a new item is created in the ERP or PIM, the agent reads its data, writes a description, key points and metadata in each language, tells the purchasing manager which attributes are missing and saves the page as a draft in Shopify or WooCommerce. The e-commerce manager checks the specifications and publishes in batches.

What to measureThe number of items published with a complete description in each language, and how many pages need correcting before publication.

Property listings as soon as a unit becomes available

Today

For every property to let or sell, the property manager writes the listing from the description, floor plans and photos, then adapts it for each portal and sometimes into a second language.

With AI

When a notice to vacate or a new sales mandate is entered in the property management software, the agent gathers the description, floor plans and photos, writes a factual listing from your templates (floor area, rooms, floor, availability, surroundings) with variants for each portal and language, and stages it for distribution without publishing it. The property manager checks every figure against the file, removes any inaccurate or discriminatory wording and publishes.

What to measureThe time between receiving the property file and the listing going live, and the number of errors found at review.

Used-car listings as soon as a vehicle is in stock

Today

Every trade-in vehicle needs to go online quickly, but the listing is often just a list of equipment codes that buyers find hard to read.

With AI

As soon as a trade-in vehicle enters stock in the garage software, the agent reads the vehicle and inspection data, writes a clear listing in the languages you need, attaches the photos from the file and stages it as a draft for AutoScout24. The sales adviser checks the stated equipment, condition and history before publication.

What to measureThe time between a vehicle entering stock and going online, and the number of corrections made to listings.

Menus, daily specials and seasonal copy

Today

Every time the menu changes, dish names have to be rewritten, translated for tourists and announced on the website and social media, often after service.

With AI

From the chef’s notes, the assistant suggests dish names, their translations and a short text for the website and social media. The chef or manager approves each dish; meat origin and allergen information are still checked by the kitchen.

What to measureThe time between approving a new menu and publishing it online in every language.

Social media, newsletter and internal communication

Today

The same piece of news has to go out on LinkedIn, in the customer newsletter and on the intranet, and each version is written from scratch by whoever has the least time.

With AI

When a news item is approved in SharePoint, the agent turns it into a version for each channel, adjusted in length and tone: a LinkedIn post scheduled pending approval, a newsletter draft in the e-mail tool and an intranet article. The communication lead chooses, edits and approves; nothing goes out without their sign-off.

What to measureHow regularly each channel is published over a quarter, and the writing time per announcement.

Website pages for medical practices and law firms

Today

A practice’s or firm’s website describes its services poorly for lack of time to write it, and every sentence has to stay within the profession’s advertising rules.

With AI

Each month, the agent reads the searches that lead to the site in Google Search Console, spots services that are missing or poorly described and drafts the pages or additions in WordPress, checking every sentence against your list of wording to avoid (promised outcomes, comparisons, superlatives). The responsible doctor or lawyer reviews and approves every page before it goes live.

What to measureThe number of services described on the site, the time needed to update a page and the contact requests that mention a specific page.

Competitor monitoring and market notes

Today

Before launching a product or entering a new region, nobody has time to read the industry reports, public statistics and competitors’ websites.

With AI

Each week, the agent goes through the websites, press releases and job adverts of the competitors you have listed, along with the relevant public statistics, notes what has changed since the previous week and posts a dated note in Teams with a link to every source. The marketing manager checks every figure against its source before using it to decide.

What to measureThe time needed to prepare a market note, and how many of its statements have had their source checked.

In short

In an SME, marketing is often handled by one or two people who write for the website, the online shop, social media and the newsletter, in French, German and sometimes Italian. An AI agent starts from a trigger, such as a new product in the ERP, a page changed on the website or a piece of news that has been approved: it drafts, translates using your glossary and saves the result as a draft in the CMS, the shop or the e-mail tool, logging what it did. It does not decide your positioning or what gets published, and it can get a fact wrong: someone on your team approves every publication.

Points to watch

Generated text and images raise questions of copyright and personality rights: we agree with you which sources, photos and people may appear. The Unfair Competition Act prohibits inaccurate or misleading statements, including on prices and comparisons, and governs newsletter mailings (consent, unsubscribe); subscriber lists fall under data protection law (nFADP). Some professions, such as lawyers and healthcare providers, follow their own advertising rules. Translations are reviewed by a native speaker before publication.

Does Google penalise text written with AI?

Google assesses how useful a page is, not which tool was used to write it. Generic text, repeated across several pages or lacking anything specific to your business, is of little use whether a person or an AI wrote it. We set agents up to draft from your own knowledge, examples and data, and someone on your team reviews and completes every page.

Can an AI agent publish on our website and social media by itself?

It often has the technical means, but we limit its permissions to creating drafts and scheduling items that await approval. Someone on your team reviews them, especially translations: current tools handle everyday language well, but they stumble over technical terms, product names and the turns of phrase used in German-speaking Switzerland or Ticino. Every action the agent takes is logged, so you can see what it prepared and who approved it.

Who owns the text and images produced with AI?

Swiss copyright law protects intellectual creations, which in principle requires human input. Content produced without that input may therefore not be protected, and others may reuse it. A generated image can also resemble an existing work or a real person. We define with you what uses are acceptable and what to check before publication; for a sensitive case, consult a lawyer.
