We collect as little information as possible and use it only for the purpose for which it was provided.
Information you provide
When you contact us, your message is prepared in your own email application. Numezis receives the information you choose to send, such as your name, work email, company, role and context. Please do not send confidential, regulated or sensitive personal data through an initial inquiry.
Downloadable resources
When you request a gated document (such as the AI Implementation Plan), we collect the details you enter in the form: name, work email, company, role, company size and, optionally, phone number. We use them to provide the document, to understand who reads our work, and to contact you once about it. If you tick the optional box, we also send you future Numezis analyses; you can withdraw at any time by writing to advisory@numezis.com. This information is stored on infrastructure located in Europe, is never sold or shared with third parties for their own purposes, and is deleted at the latest 24 months after your last interaction with us.
Use and retention
We use inquiry information to assess and respond to your request, manage the resulting business relationship and meet legal obligations. We retain it only as long as needed for those purposes.
Site measurement
The launch version of this site does not use advertising trackers. If privacy-respecting audience measurement is introduced, this notice will be updated before activation.
Your rights
Subject to applicable Swiss data protection law, you may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information by writing to advisory@numezis.com.
