We use your information to handle your request and understand how the site is used.

Legal framework

This site and the data it collects are subject to the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP) and its ordinance. We process your information to answer your request, with your consent for optional mailings, and to meet our legal obligations.

Transfers outside Switzerland

Some providers may process data outside Switzerland. For a country that the Federal Council does not recognise as providing adequate protection, a transfer must rely on recognised safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses accepted by the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC). You can ask hello@numezis.com for the safeguards that apply, and contact the FDPIC.

Forms and documents

Submitted information is sent to the server and stored to answer your request, prepare a proposal or provide a document. The internal notification and the acknowledgement are sent by the email service of www.numezis.com, operated by the Numezis group. Avoid sensitive information in an initial enquiry.

Email insights

The optional checkbox allows us to send analyses and resources. Withdraw consent by writing to hello@numezis.com. Access to the document does not depend on this checkbox.

Audience measurement

Umami measures visits, pages, performance and form steps without advertising cookies. Events do not contain your name, email or message. Hosting services also process the technical information needed to run the site.

Browser storage

The public entry page (without query parameters or fragments), campaign labels and the referring site’s origin are retained for a session that ends after 30 minutes of inactivity. Your contact draft remains on this device until submission, deletion or expiry after 7 days. The draft contains no passwords or consent selections. Dismissing the language suggestion is remembered in this tab for the session; browser language preferences are read locally for that suggestion.

Controller and processors

Controller: Numezis Sàrl, Route de la Côte aux Vignes 16, 1096 Cully, Switzerland (UID CHE-205.005.046), hello@numezis.com. Processors: Cloudflare (site hosting and database, global network; data may be processed outside Switzerland and the European Union), Google Workspace (hello@numezis.com mailbox) and an Umami analytics server operated by Numezis. No form data is shared with any other third party.

Retention and contact

A request with no follow-up is deleted no later than 24 months after the last exchange. Information linked to an engagement is kept for the statutory retention period for business records (10 years). To request access, correction or deletion of your information, write to hello@numezis.com.
