Romain Magnin co-founded Novatix in 2023, helping establish one of the early Swiss companies dedicated to applied artificial intelligence for organizations. Novatix joined the ANSAM Group in 2024.
He went on to build the Numezis product and Kletron around a conviction formed through that operating experience: AI creates durable value only when business design, software engineering, governance and security are treated as one system.
At Numezis Advisory & Engineering, Romain leads client strategy, architecture decisions and senior delivery governance.
