How do we choose between fixed price and subscription?
Fixed price for a defined scope, for example equipping one team on three uses: the amount is confirmed before we start. Subscription when needs change every month: a fixed number of hours, continuous follow-up and a reduced hourly rate.
What does a subscription hour cover?
All the work done for you: preparation, configuration, training, follow-up and support on working days. A shared timesheet shows consumption; an alert goes out at 80% of the month's hours.
Which tool do you recommend?
The one that fits your software and your obligations: Copilot if you work in Microsoft 365, Gemini on Google Workspace, ChatGPT Business or Claude Team for an independent workspace. We have no resale agreement; the recommendation is written and reasoned.
Do you support companies of 400 people?
Yes. We define the departments, the people trained and the internal champions. The number of hours sets the pace; it does not promise individual training for every employee.
What happens after the three months?
You keep the configured tools, the rules, the guides and the uses. You continue the subscription, move to occasional follow-up or stop: nothing has to be bought back.
