See prices

Leaders and teams understand the implications, experiment on their work and choose priorities.

Understand potential and limits

Demonstrations of assistants and agents, results to check and conditions for success. Distinguish capabilities available today from emerging uses.

Explore business implications

Examine tasks, customer expectations, skills and possible changes to your business. The full day also explores a process and work organisation.

Experiment with clear rules

Exercises on approved examples, individually or in small groups. We refine instructions and explain data rules and human checks.

Choose next steps

Three priority uses and next steps. The full day also scopes a first pilot with a proposed owner and success criteria.

Choose 4 h for shared understanding and priorities; 7 h to examine a process and prepare a first pilot.

  1. Before: scope

A 30-minute call to clarify your challenges, participants and approved examples. We adapt demonstrations and exercises to your business.

  2. During: understand, experiment, decide

A concrete overview, business implications, guided exercises and priorities. The full day adds process analysis and scoping of a first pilot.

  3. After: shared reference points

Receive an action plan, instructions and good-practice sheet; the full day also includes a first-pilot brief. Invoiced after the workshop, payable within 30 days.

Two formats, two depths of work.

Choose the outcome you need. Examples and exercises are prepared for your business, on site or remotely.

Scoping confirms examples and pace. Exercises are individual or in small groups according to attendance and available tools. Deployment and development are separate assignments.

Three typical sessions, as we run them.

An 18-person fiduciary firm, half-day

Situation
Accountants and payroll staff who write many letters and explanations to clients, under professional secrecy.
Our work
Exercises on anonymised letters and file summaries, strict rules on client data, comparison of two professional assistants.
What you get
Three uses chosen, ready-to-use instructions, one clear rule: no client data in an unapproved tool.

A sales and admin team, full day

Situation
An industrial SME where offers, follow-ups and tender responses take hours every week.
Our work
Several exercises, comparing results and refining instructions. Joint analysis of one process: steps, human responsibilities and AI limits.
What you get
A first-pilot brief: proposed owner, steps and success criteria.

A management team, half-day

Situation
An executive committee that has to decide on an AI budget and refuses to do it on promises.
Our work
Capabilities and limits: assistants, agents and checking results. Impact on tasks, roles and customer expectations.
What you get
A reasoned decision: what to do first, with which tool, what budget, and what not to buy.

Frequently asked questions

Who leads the workshop?

Numezis consultants who design and build AI solutions for SMEs the rest of the week. They know what a tool really does, and what it does not.

What do we need to prepare?

Choose the participants, share a few examples of tasks and documents you authorise, and make sure they attend. We build the session from these; preparation and materials are included.

How many people can take part?

A group has at most 20 participants. To train more people, you order several groups: each group is a separate session at the published price.

What do we keep after the session?

An action plan with three priority uses and next steps. Reusable instructions for the tasks practised. A sheet on data and checking results. Full day: a first-pilot brief with proposed owner, steps and success criteria.

And after the workshop?

The AI Workshop stands on its own. If you then decide to roll out a tool across the company, that is AI Adoption Support; if a task calls for software or an agent designed for you, that is AI Engineering. Both are quoted separately.
