AI Engineering: software and agents designed for your company, connected to your systems.

We design and deploy applications, agents and integrations for your work: prepare a proposal, retrieve information or process a file with human approval. The solution connects to your ERP, CRM and documents within the agreed scope. Code, documentation and access are handed over to you.

Two engineering disciplines, one team, from scoping to operations.

Software engineering

Business applications designed for your work: interface, business rules, connections to your ERP, your CRM, your mail and your documents. Architecture, tests and production deployment included.

Agentic engineering

AI agents that receive a goal, consult your data, act in your tools and return a result that a person checks. Built with the OpenAI and Anthropic agent SDKs, Hermes, Kletron or OpenClaw.

Integration and data

Connection to the systems in place (Abacus, Bexio, SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace), search across your documents with access rights respected, data quality checked before any deployment.

Evaluation and operations

Test sets on your real cases, measurement of quality and cost, production monitoring, maintenance and improvements. A solution is delivered when it holds, not when it worked once.

A four-step programme, approved by you at each step. Scoping sets the quotation; nothing is built before your agreement.

  1. Scope

Understand the real work, the data, the systems to connect and the risks. We write the scoping: need, intended architecture, acceptance criteria, quotation.

  2. Design

Choose the architecture and the tools: application, agent or both; SDK, models, hosting. A prototype on your data settles the open questions.

  3. Build and verify

Develop, connect to your systems, test on your real cases with the people who will use the solution. Each iteration is shown and approved.

  4. Deploy and keep running

Deploy, train users, monitor errors and costs, hand over code and documentation. Then maintain and improve, on subscription if you wish.

Four typical assignments, as we run them. A real client's case, anonymised, is in the case study further down.

An agent that prepares sales proposals

Situation
A services SME receives its enquiries by email; each proposal requires gathering the client's history in the CRM, the catalogue and the terms.
Our work
An agent built with the OpenAI Agents SDK reads the enquiry, consults the CRM and the catalogue, drafts a proposal and submits it to the salesperson in their tool. A test set built from six months of past enquiries.
What you get
The salesperson approves or corrects; corrections become explicit rules. Code, evaluations and documentation handed over in your name.

An internal document assistant that respects access rights

Situation
A firm works on thousands of documents, contracts, procedures and files, with different access per team.
Our work
A search-and-answer application over your documents, built with the Claude Agent SDK and connected to SharePoint; it respects existing rights and cites its sources. Evaluated on a hundred real questions before opening.
What you get
Sourced answers from your documents, and never a forbidden document in an answer.

A multi-agent system for a back-office task

Situation
A task repeated every day, in several steps, across three applications, with frequent exceptions.
Our work
With Kletron, the task is split into steps handled by several agents; exceptions go to a person; every external action waits for approval. Execution under control with OpenClaw: access, limits, log.
What you get
A back office that handles the normal volume and hands the hard cases to people, with a complete log of what was done.

Taking over and hardening an existing solution

Situation
An internal prototype or a tool delivered by a third party works sometimes, costs a lot, and nobody dares touch it.
Our work
Code and cost audit, test sets, targeted rewrite, continuous evaluation and monitoring set up with your IT.
What you get
A measured, documented solution your team can operate, with a known cost per case.

The tool is chosen after scoping, never before. This is what we build with most often.

OpenAI Agents SDK

Agents and orchestration on OpenAI models: tools, guardrails, execution traces.

Claude Agent SDK

Agents on Anthropic models, for long documents, analysis and tool-using work.

Hermes

An open agent framework, chosen when execution must stay under control on your infrastructure or on an open model.

Kletron

Our agent system: one goal, a breakdown into steps, several agents, a verified result. Built and operated by Numezis AE.

OpenClaw

Agent execution under control: access, limits, log. We deploy it and we secure it.

Platforms

Microsoft Azure AI Foundry, Google Cloud Vertex AI, Amazon Bedrock, Microsoft 365 Copilot: depending on your environment and your data requirements.

10 h / month · CHF 180/h

excl. VAT · Minimum commitment: CHF 5,400 over 3 months

Subscription · 30 h / month

Deployment

Development or integration in stages, with tests and demonstrations. Review every two weeks.

CHF 5,100/month

30 h / month · CHF 170/h

excl. VAT · Minimum commitment: CHF 15,300 over 3 months

Subscription · 60 h / month

Transformation

Several coordinated workstreams: development, integrations, evaluations and operations. Weekly review.

CHF 9,600/month

60 h / month · CHF 160/h

excl. VAT · Minimum commitment: CHF 28,800 over 3 months

Illustrative scopes: work and pace are agreed within the chosen hours, including preparation, coordination and support.

Fixed-price assignment

For a defined outcome. We estimate the work at our reference rate of CHF 200/h; the proposal then sets a firm total for the agreed scope.

Frequently asked questions

Do you do automation?

Not in the sense of agencies that wire up no-code tools. Numezis is a consulting and engineering firm: we design and build software and agents, with evaluation, deployment and source code handed over. When simple configuration is enough, we say so during scoping, and we do not sell a project.

Which models and tools do you use?

Those the assignment requires. The OpenAI and Anthropic agent SDKs, Hermes for controlled deployments, Kletron for multi-agent systems, OpenClaw for execution under control; the Azure AI Foundry, Vertex AI or Bedrock platforms depending on your environment. The choice is written and reasoned in the scoping.

How do you set the price of a delivery?

After scoping: need, data, systems to connect, acceptance criteria. The quotation is firm for the agreed scope; any additional request is quoted before delivery. The reference rate is CHF 200/h.

Who develops, and who owns the result?

Numezis engineers develop and hand over the code, the documentation, the test sets and the access. Licences and hosting are in your name.

What happens after deployment?

You operate the solution with the documentation and procedures handed over. Monitoring, maintenance and improvements can be covered by a subscription, with no obligation.

When is a subscription better than a quotation?

When several pieces of work follow one another or priorities change every month: the subscription reserves engineering hours, at a reduced rate and with a minimum term of 3 months.
