Direct answer

In retail, AI mainly helps with writing and preparation: drafting and translating product listings for the online shop, answering customers’ frequent questions, preparing supplier orders from sales and stock. Prices and stock stay in your POS or shop system; AI suggests, the team decides.

Product listings in three languages

From the supplier’s data and a few notes from staff, the assistant writes the product listing in French, German and Italian, with attributes in the Shopify or WooCommerce format. Someone reviews it before publishing.

What we measure — Time between a product arriving and going online, and the number of incomplete listings.

Frequent customer questions

Delivery times, returns, sizes, in-store availability: the assistant drafts replies to e-mails and messages from your terms and the order status. Special cases go to a person.

What we measure — Time to first reply and the share of requests settled without handing over to a person.

Preparing supplier orders

The assistant compares recent sales, stock and supplier lead times exported from the POS and proposes a reorder list for approval. The buyer keeps control of quantities.

What we measure — Stock-outs on the items tracked and the time spent preparing orders.

Customer data (orders, loyalty, addresses) falls under the nFADP. The tools we select make it possible to comply if that data is not used for training and the assistant only accesses the information it needs. Product claims remain your responsibility, even when AI drafts them.

How much does it cost for an SME?

A half-day workshop on your own cases: from CHF 1,900 excl. VAT. To roll it out with your teams: a subscription from CHF 1,800/month (10 h), three months minimum, or a fixed-price engagement on quotation. Details are on the pricing page.

Do we need an AI manager?

No, not in an SME. What works: a contact point who validates usage, not a dedicated role.
