Software in use
Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Canva, project and time tracking (Bexio, Harvest, Asana…), Google Workspace or Microsoft 365

Direct answer

In an agency, AI does not replace the idea; it cuts the time spent around it: turning a vague brief into precise questions, structuring a proposal, adapting an approved text into German, Italian or French and into several formats. Generated images raise rights questions: we agree with you, client by client, what is allowed.

From a vague brief to the right questions

The assistant rereads the brief and the exchanges with the client, spots contradictions and missing information (audience, budget, deadlines, deliverables) and prepares the list of questions for the kick-off meeting.

What we measure — The number of revision rounds per project and scope changes discovered along the way.

Proposals

Using your past proposals and your rate card, the assistant drafts the structure of a proposal: understanding of the need, approach, deliverables, timeline. The account director adjusts and prices it.

What we measure — Time to prepare a proposal and the share of proposals accepted.

Multilingual adaptations

An approved text to adapt into German for Zurich, Italian for Ticino and a short version for LinkedIn: the assistant prepares the versions with the client’s glossary, a native speaker reviews them.

What we measure — Turnaround time for adaptations and the corrections requested by the client.

Copyright on generated images and text, and the terms of your client contracts, come first; the nFADP applies to campaign data. The tools we select make it possible to honour these commitments if client content is not used for training and the use of generated images is agreed in writing with the client.

How much does it cost for an SME?

A half-day workshop on your own cases: from CHF 1,900 excl. VAT. To roll it out with your teams: a subscription from CHF 1,800/month (10 h), three months minimum, or a fixed-price engagement on quotation. Details are on the pricing page.

Do we need an AI manager?

No, not in an SME. What works: a contact point who validates usage, not a dedicated role.
