Gemini for Workspace brings AI into productivity applications under Workspace controls. Gemini Enterprise is positioned as an intranet search, assistant and agentic platform that can connect broader enterprise sources and host agents. They can complement each other, but their data paths, administration and use cases should be mapped separately.

02Does Gemini preserve source-system permissions?

Google documents permissions-aware access and user-level controls, but implementation still requires correct connector identity, source ACLs, indexing scope, group lifecycle and testing. We verify permission behavior with representative users and documents before broad rollout.

03Can Numezis integrate Gemini with Microsoft or non-Google systems?
