For a team working with client data, choose ChatGPT Business: a workspace the company administers, content excluded from training by default, and a data processing agreement. Enterprise is justified if you need automatic account provisioning, control over retention or storage location, or a negotiated contract. The free version is a personal account, for trials without company data.
