How long before AI shows a result?

Allow four to six weeks for a first measured result: half a day to prepare, 30 days of use on one process, then the measurement. For a whole team to have made it a habit, allow about three months.
If nothing has moved after three months on a well-chosen process, the cause is almost always the choice of process or the instructions, rarely the AI. That is why the pilot sets three measures from day one (time per task, correction rate, actual use) and a decision date.
