Test it on a single process for one month, not across the whole company. Pick the repetitive task that costs the most time (payment reminders, for example), give only the few people involved the business version of an assistant and measure the time saved. The cost is limited to a half-day of preparation and a few licences for one month.
Order of magnitude: a four-hour AI Workshop (from CHF 1,900 excl. VAT) and a few tens of francs per user per month in licences. A trial scattered across the company proves nothing; a trial on one process, measured before and after, tells you exactly what to expand.
