An AI agent on a real process is quoted after a one-to-three-week scoping phase: a catalogue price would make no sense, because everything depends on the software to connect. If several projects follow one another, AI Engineering is also available as a subscription, from CHF 1,800/month (10 h) for 10 hours, three months minimum, excl. VAT. An agent on a single flow, such as sorting incoming requests, is the right starting point.
What moves the price: the number of systems to connect (email, accounting, CRM), the volume handled and the level of human review. Operation comes on top (model usage, hosting) and is estimated in writing before go-live. Scoping can start with a four-hour AI Workshop, from CHF 1,900 excl. VAT.
