AI Workshop · Zug
We want to understand what AI could change in our business and where to start.
Leaders and teams understand the implications, experiment on their work and choose priorities.

WHAT WE DO
The AI Workshop in Zug lets your team test practical tasks with anonymised documents and choose a useful first experiment. Participants leave with a working method and review criteria before buying or building a solution.
Example to discuss in Zug: summarise terms from an international supplier. During the workshop, participants use an anonymised sample, write an instruction and compare two outputs against their own reference. The outcome is a decision about usefulness and the checks required, rather than a deployment.
Illustrative working example — not a client caseChoose participants, share approved examples and plan attendance. Up to 20 people per group.
During: practise, compare responses and record mistakes.

WHY THIS MATTERS HERE · Zug
A low-tax canton, Zug clusters headquarters and service companies; it is also the Swiss hub for digital assets, with a fintech and ledger-platform ecosystem.
Zug is a small town on its lake and a canton that concentrates head offices: commodity-trading houses, holdings, fintechs and digital-asset players of the Crypto Valley, but also industrial and pharmaceutical sites in Rotkreuz, Cham and Baar. Around these head offices work fiduciaries, law firms, IT providers and agencies serving an international clientele, often in English first.
Zug’s requests are those of a service ecosystem: summarising the terms of a supplier or an international contract, preparing onboarding documents for clients from several countries, qualifying incoming requests before an adviser answers, or connecting an invoicing tool to a CRM to avoid double entry. Compliance requirements, in particular on client identification, impose clear rules on what may be entrusted to a model.
In Zug, workshops run on your premises, in Baar, Cham, Steinhausen or Rotkreuz; follow-up reviews take place by video call, in English or German, and every instruction states what may and may not be entrusted to a model.
