Direct answer

For an IT service provider, AI is first an internal tool: summarising and sorting tickets, keeping each client’s documentation up to date, preparing scripts that are reviewed before they run. And since your clients already ask you what to do with Copilot or ChatGPT, knowing it from the inside also becomes something you can advise on.

Summarising and sorting tickets

The assistant summarises each incoming ticket, suggests a category and priority and finds similar tickets already solved. The first-line technician confirms and starts on the right track.

What we measure — Time to pick up, the share of reassigned tickets and resolution time by category.

Up-to-date client documentation

From intervention notes and closed tickets, the assistant updates each client’s record: configuration, procedures, contacts, special cases. A lead approves the changes.

What we measure — The share of interventions documented and the time lost looking for information.

Reviewed scripts and automations

PowerShell for Microsoft 365, deployment scripts, queries: the coding assistant proposes, the technician reviews, tests in a test environment and versions it before anything runs at a client.

What we measure — Time to prepare a script and errors caught in testing rather than in production.

You access your clients’ systems and data: your contracts and the nFADP (processing by a processor, art. 9) govern what can go into an AI tool. The tools we select make it possible to comply if client logs and data are not used for training, access is personal, and no secret (password, key) is ever pasted in.

How much does it cost for an SME?

A half-day workshop on your own cases: from CHF 1,900 excl. VAT. To roll it out with your teams: a subscription from CHF 1,800/month (10 h), three months minimum, or a fixed-price engagement on quotation. Details are on the pricing page.

Do we need an AI manager?

No, not in an SME. What works: a contact point who validates usage, not a dedicated role.

Which tools for this line of business?

It depends on what you already use. The tools we most often recommend for this line of business are shown above; the final choice is made with your IT team, depending on whether you work in Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.

AI Workshop, from CHF 1,900 excl. VAT: half a day on your own tasks.
