Test before choosing

The AI Workshop in Zurich lets your team test practical tasks with anonymised documents and choose a useful first experiment. Participants leave with a working method and review criteria before buying or building a solution.

01START WITH A REAL TASK

Example to discuss in Zurich: find a procedure in financial-services documentation. During the workshop, participants use an anonymised sample, write an instruction and compare two outputs against their own reference. The outcome is a decision about usefulness and the checks required, rather than a deployment.

On site in Zurich, remote across Switzerland

Switzerland’s leading financial centre, Zurich is also home to insurers’ head offices and B2B software vendors; ETH, in the city itself, trains many of the region’s technical profiles.

Zurich is the country’s leading business centre: Paradeplatz and the big banks, the insurers’ head offices, ETH and its spin-offs, the Zürich-West and Oerlikon districts where software vendors and the offices of technology groups settle, Kloten airport twenty minutes away. A Zurich SME, whether a fiduciary in Kreis 1, an insurance broker in Altstetten or a SaaS startup at Technopark, operates in an environment where quality and speed expectations are high and where English is often the working language of technical teams.

In Zurich, typical use cases concern documenting internal procedures in regulated financial services, answering the compliance questionnaires of large clients, qualifying support tickets and automating data entry between a CRM and an invoicing tool. In all these cases the human validation point must be explicit, because mistakes are costly and visible.

Before the first conversation

Do participants need prior AI experience?

No. Exercises are adapted to the starting level. A shareable document and a real task are enough to prepare a useful session.

What can we decide after the workshop?

You can select a limited trial, its owner and success criteria. Connecting business systems requires separate scoping.

What format is available in Zurich?

A half-day or full day depending on the participants and exercises. Location, any travel and scope are agreed before confirmation.
