Licences cost money
The Copilot licence is added to your Microsoft 365 subscription, per user and per month. We help you buy it only where it pays off.

Microsoft publishes where Copilot data is stored and processed. We check this against your plan and your obligations.
Frequently asked questions
Does every employee need a Copilot licence?
No. Copilot Chat is included in business Microsoft 365 plans for simple uses. The paid Microsoft 365 Copilot licence makes sense for people who work heavily in Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams. We often start with a small group.
What are the prerequisites?
A business Microsoft 365 plan, accounts managed by your company, files in OneDrive and SharePoint rather than on a local server, and up-to-date access rights. We check this during the AI Workshop.
Can Copilot see confidential documents?
Copilot only shows what the user can already open. The risk comes from files shared too widely, which is why we review access rights before activation.
