Test before choosing

The AI Workshop in Lausanne lets your team test practical tasks with anonymised documents and choose a useful first experiment. Participants leave with a working method and review criteria before buying or building a solution.

01START WITH A REAL TASK

Example to discuss in Lausanne: structure notes from a project interview. During the workshop, participants use an anonymised sample, write an instruction and compare two outputs against their own reference. The outcome is a decision about usefulness and the checks required, rather than a deployment.

On site in Lausanne, remote across Switzerland

For an engineering project in Lausanne, the exercise can use an anonymised scoping interview. Prepare decisions, open questions and delivery constraints: the notes must distinguish what was said from what remains unconfirmed.

Lausanne is a city on a slope, from the cathedral down to Ouchy, and a campus city: EPFL and UNIL in Dorigny and Écublens, the CHUV hospital on the heights, the hospitality schools and the IOC headquarters, Lausanne being the Olympic capital. Around these institutions live engineering offices, medical practices and clinics, software startups spun out of the campus, and a whole service economy stretching from the Flon to the industrial zones of western Lausanne, Renens, Crissier and Bussigny.

Many Lausanne teams have already tried AI tools on their own. Their question is no longer “does it work?” but “how do we turn it into a shared practice without endangering patient, student or customer data”. We start from a real flow: an engineering site report to structure, product documentation to maintain in two languages, a batch of incoming requests to qualify before a person replies.

Before the first conversation

Do participants need prior AI experience?

No. Exercises are adapted to the starting level. A shareable document and a real task are enough to prepare a useful session.

What can we decide after the workshop?

You can select a limited trial, its owner and success criteria. Connecting business systems requires separate scoping.

What format is available in Lausanne?

A half-day or full day depending on the participants and exercises. Location, any travel and scope are agreed before confirmation.
