Yes, so that they use it safely and the licences actually get used. The format that works: a four-hour AI Workshop on the team’s real tasks, followed by about three months of light follow-up. It is the follow-up, on real cases, that builds the habit, not the session on its own.
For adoption, show a visible gain on a task people already do, name an AI lead who answers day-to-day questions, and never present AI as a monitoring tool. The workshop costs from CHF 1,900 excl. VAT per group of up to 20 people; follow-up runs within AI Adoption Support, from CHF 1,800/month (10 h), three months minimum.
