Neither is better at everything: both are good tools, and their ranking changes with every new version. Your own work should decide: test them for a week on three real tasks with a few colleagues and compare quality, time and corrections. If your documents live in Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, look at Copilot or Gemini as well.
Compare on the same documents and the same instructions, using approved or anonymised examples, and record the corrections needed rather than the general impression. Then check what a demo does not show: account administration, connectors, data retention, contract.
